Elfi acquires real estate BenN in Wijk aan Zee.

Elfi is acquiring almost the entire real estate portfolio of the BenN group in Wijk aan Zee. Elfi plans to redevelop the properties into over 170 high-quality apartments for rental purposes.

BenN is selling multiple homes, boarding houses, as well as the hotels Noordzee, Hotel Wijk aan Zee, De Wijck, and the former Xenon to Elfi. The majority of the BenN real estate in Wijk aan Zee is currently leased to a temporary employment agency that houses migrant workers.
