Elfi Ice Rink in Beverwijk opened

On Friday, Mayor Martijn Smit inaugurated the opening of the covered ice rink on Stationsplein in Beverwijk. After the festive moment, Mayor Smit handed over 400 free tickets to the Beverwijk Food Bank. Days of hard work went into making everything come together, with the ice carefully laid layer by layer.

The ice rink is the result of a collaboration between the Schaatsbaan Foundation, the municipality of Beverwijk, and the business community. With an area of 300 square meters, it's the perfect place to enjoy the ice with family, classmates, friends, and playmates. The ice rink will remain open until January 7th.
