New destination for the old cinema on Visstraat in Dordrecht

From AD newspaper on September 8th, 2022:

Developer Elfi will transform the former building of Euro Cinema on Visstraat in Dordrecht into fourteen rental apartments. The construction permit for this will be applied for in a month, after which the developer hopes to start the renovation at the beginning of next year. The apartments will be ready a year later.
