Ruud considers it a joy to initiate change in the housing market as part of a team. It gives him a good feeling to contribute to the realization of affordable and sustainable rental homes.
In addition, he is a father of two children and enjoys life more than ever after overcoming illness. Cooking is his passion, and whenever possible, he fires up the barbecue. He also enjoys fishing or watching his children play soccer.
In his work, he finds it important to connect people through enthusiasm, spontaneity, and humor. Within Elfi, Ruud is responsible for the acquisition of the properties yet to be developed.
