Elfi appoints management team to achieve ambitious growth

Elfi Vastgoed BV has appointed a new statutory board of directors as of December 5th. Elfi focuses on licensed projects in the middle-rental segment, where tenant experience and sustainability are central. More than 90% of the portfolio is already A+ certified, in part due to the implementation of a high-quality Program of Requirements that Elfi applies to every project as a basis.

As of November 1st, Just Pereboom started as CIO/CFO, Arjen Lindeman as COO, and Ward van de Braak as CEO at Elfi Vastgoed BV, and officially joined the statutory board of directors as of December 5th.

Just has 17 years of real estate experience in structuring funds and joint ventures, and in raising loans from real estate financiers. For the last 10 years, he has been working at OVG Real Estate/EDGE, where his last roles were Executive Director Capital Markets & Executive Finance Director UK/US, responsible for all capital market transactions and member of the UK/US business unit management team.

Arjen started his career in 2001 at BAM, first in Germany and later in Amsterdam. After six years, he joined G&S Vastgoed, where he held various positions, focusing in particular on the development of large-scale multifunctional real estate projects. As Head of Development, he was responsible for the development of the ING headquarters in Amsterdam Zuid-Oost and the groundbreaking green residential and office project Wonderwoods in Utrecht. At the end of last year, 

Arjen was involved in the purchase of the ABN-AMRO office on the Zuidas on behalf of G&S Vastgoed, the largest single asset deal in Dutch real estate history.
Ward has made a career in consulting, development, transaction, and asset management in various real estate sectors for nearly 30 years. In his last role, he was General Manager at a single-family office and until the end of 2021, he was Country Manager responsible for all business units at UBS Netherlands as well as for Real Estate Asset Management in Europe. From 1995 to 2008, he worked at Pierik Projecten Groep, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Vastned Offices & Industrial.

Professionalization
Jasper de Rooij, founder of Elfi, is looking forward to the collaboration.
