Municipality of Alkmaar and Elfi Sign for Redevelopment of Viaanse Molen at Provada

At the Provada real estate fair, Ward van de Braak, CEO of Elfi, signed the agreement letter with the municipality of Alkmaar for the development of housing in Viaanse Molen. This signing marks the first step in the redevelopment of the office park. Elfi owns four office buildings in this area on Ampèrestraat, which they intend to transform into residential units in the near future. Viaanse Molen will transform from a work area into a new urban district of Alkmaar, with space for both living and working.
