The former Da Costa School in Velsen-Noord has been completely renovated and transformed into 20 sustainable apartments in 2023. The characteristic building, dating back to 1927, has a rich history as a kindergarten and later as a school for shipyard children. The apartments range in size from 59m2 to 106m2 and feature 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms. Thanks to a combination of excellent insulation, solar panels, a heat pump, and a heat recovery system, our apartments are energy-efficient (A++).
