Start construction of Urban Vista with 244 apartments in Rijswijk

In Rijswijk, the construction of Urban Vista will commence in early September, a project consisting of 244 apartments. This unique project involves the transformation of three former office buildings into residential homes. Urban Vista is conveniently located within walking distance of Rijswijk's train station, with a tram stop at its doorstep and easy access to the A4 highway.

Each residential tower will feature a shared rooftop terrace. The complex will have its private parking garage with 6 shared cars and ample bicycle storage. The ground floor of the towers will be reserved for businesses.

The apartments will come in various sizes, including 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units. Each apartment will be equipped with a bathroom with a toilet and a complete kitchen, including an induction cooktop, hood, fridge with freezer, and dishwasher. The PVC floors will have a warm wooden appearance, creating a cozy atmosphere.

TVU Bouw (part of VolkerWessels) will realize this project, and completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2024. Tristan's TIP One Debt Fund has financed this project.
