Kristian Aipassa 

At The Student Hotel (The Social Hub), he witnessed immense portfolio growth, initially responsible for projects in the Netherlands and later for international expansion in various European cities, including Barcelona, Glasgow, Berlin, and Vienna. Subsequently, at International Campus (Brookfield), he guided a similar European expansion as managing director NL and Co-Head of Development Europe.

Kristian derives great satisfaction from molding his teams into well-oiled machines that achieve significant growth together, always with a touch of humor. He gets energized by collaborating with passionate builders and developers. Creating something together and having a positive impact on society with respect for each other's interests is what drives him.

He enjoys contributing to high-quality housing and communities, with the goal of keeping them affordable and accessible to everyone.

He is incredibly proud of his three radiant daughters. To clear his mind, he is often found in the gym, engaging in HIIT training and CrossFit.
