Living, working, and leisure activities form the core of the redevelopment of the Rijnhuizen office area into a new residential district in Nieuwegein. In this new residential area, you can see the history reflected, from Fort Jutphaas and Castle Rijnhuizen to the apple and pear trees from the former orchards. Elfi will be developing 19 apartments at Perkinsbaan 12. Each residence will have a terrace or balcony. WJ Projects is the contractor and will deliver these homes ready for occupancy.

Rijnhuizen
In the coming years, Rijnhuizen will grow into a fully-fledged neighborhood with 2,500 homes, several offices, a supermarket, various dining establishments, sports facilities, and its own park. Perkinsbaan is a long street in the current Plettenburg industrial area. The area is easily accessible by car and public transportation, with ample parking available. There are also numerous dining establishments and shops to be found in the vicinity.
